Payment is due at time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Client Conduct

Harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in termination of services.

Limitation of Liability

The business is not liable for personal decisions or interpretations of spiritual information.

 By booking or receiving services from The Witches Heart LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 

Scope of Services

Services may include Energy readings, Reiki, spiritual hypnotherapy limited to past life and inter-life regression, tarot/oracle/pendulum divination, mediumship, spiritual counseling, shadow work guidance, spell work, ritual work, and spiritual products. These services are for spiritual insight and personal growth only. 

Not Medical or Mental Health Care

Services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. 

Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Outcomes are not guaranteed. 

Right to Refuse Services

The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if outside scope or unsafe. 

Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years or older. 

Confidentiality

All client information is confidential except where required by law.
